Food Heals.

"It's bragging time. Not on myself, but I want to brag on JT just a little. :-) I've been following his nutritional plan for about 2 years, I believe. A few minutes ago, I completed the Health Screening we have at our office every year. Last year, all my numbers were good and the nurse was impressed with them for someone my age (Ugh!) so she asked me what I was doing, and I told her. This year, the numbers were even better. Sugar--great. Cholesterol--better than great. (The nurse was amazed and commented that she RARELY EVER sees such good numbers of good to bad cholesterol). Blood pressure--great. If you checked the roster recently posted on this page, you may know I am nearly 60 years old. Most of my friends that are my age take blood pressure meds, cholesterol meds, and other meds every day. I attribute ALL of my good numbers to JT's plan for me, his patience, his encouragement, and his belief in me when I didn't necessarily believe in myself. THANKS, JT! I even LOVE his bootcamp workouts! (Ok. Maybe I shouldn't have admitted that.)" - Ruth Corley
