WANT RESULTS?

Want to see results?! Hold yourself accountable and determine "who" or "how" that will happen. If you skip this important step it is easy to be stagnant! Maybe your accountability comes from a person, it could be JT or benchmarks you have defined. But Whatever IT is - Define IT. When setting goals be measurable and specific! Don't speak in generalities such as "my goal is to work out and lose weight!" This is setting yourself up for failure! Be specific! What kind of workout, how long, with who and when? How much weight would you have to lose for it to be considered success? Put a number on it... set a date! And LASTLY... routinely assess your progress and be accountable to yourself!! You deserve better and you are the only person that is going to give it to yourself! - BT
