Presentation Is Powerful!!

Did you know that from the time you first lay eyes on a plate of food chances are your brain has already made a decision about whether it wants to eat it?! That is because our sense of taste is actually a combination of sight, smell and touch. This is good news for those of us trying to change our pallet and food preferences! It means that putting forth a little more effort in the visual aspect of food can actually have a positive impact on the way we experience the taste of the food! Restaurants and chefs have used this secret for years... but you can too. Clients and Friends Scott and Lisa Gundle had mastered the art of meal prep from presentation, taste and proportion! Who wouldn't look at what they eat for dinner and think "wow... I could eat like that every night!". So the next time you go to "plate" your food spend a few extra seconds doing so OR go all out and invest in a nice set of dishes that makes you feel like you are at your favorite restaurant!
