Help! I'm Sick Of Eggs For Breakfast!!

 "I'm sick of eggs for breakfast.. what else can I have".. how about pancakes!? ½ cup of liquid egg whites, 1.5 scoops vanilla protein powder (add more or less for thinker or thinner pancakes) Splenda to taste (optional). Olive oil or a small dab of butter in the skillet, cook medium/high heat, flip when it's golden brown (less than 2 minutes a side usually), top with peanut butter/sugar free syrup or with Greek yogurt & craisins (pictured) or whatever you want (be smart!).
