I Shaved 55 Minutes Off My Half Marathon Time!

Seeing results always comes down to one thing: CONSISTENCY! We could not be happier for Audrey Corley and to witness that her work is paying off!!

“Everyday I struggle. I struggle to follow my nutrition plan, to get enough sleep, to make sure I do enough cardio, and apparently I struggle with technology (considering mid run I decided to stop my runtracker). However, seeing progress makes all the struggle worth it. Between April and today I shaved 55 minutes off of my half marathon time. So surreal! 😁💪🏼” - Audrey Corley
