Immune Booster! With the cold weather and the amount of sickness going around I would suggest doing the following to keep your immune system on point.
2 Times daily as a preventative. If you have already started feeling sick, do it every 4 hours until you feel better.
Vitamin C w/Rose Hips - 2500 MG
Vitamin D3 - 5,000 IU
ZICAM Melt Tabs or Gummies - 2
Stay warm, wash your hands after contact with anyone, don't touch your face, get plenty of sleep and avoid sick people as much as possible. If anyone needs anything don't hesitate to reach out.
