My A1C is the Best It's Every Been!

January 18, 2018

Thankful to clients like Holly McKleroy who are willing to share their stories to inspire others about what is possible with proper nutrition, exercise and HARD WORK! We can't wait to feature her in our upcoming project!!

"Top left pic is 3 months before surgery when I was puking every day and quality of life was horrible. Top right is one year out from surgery and quality of life was much better but my A1C was still a bit high. Then after working more with JT I did a sprint triathlon, ran a few 5ks and then April of 2017 did my first Spartan race. Now three years post surgery and my A1C is the best it’s ever been at 5.4 for three months strait, I am on a total of 3 medications and I am 4 months pregnant with a healthy baby girl."
