I Started To Change My Outlook On Fitness

“So last month I started to change my outlook on fitness. I have changed my diet, workout routine and began really focusing on getting in shape. The pic on the left is before and the one on the right is now. I’m not where I wanna be but I will get there. I could have never been able to do this without a great friend and an awesome nutritionist, JT Thompson.”
