"You Don’t Have To Live Unhealthy and Depressed!"

 “If JT Thompson would have told me back in June/July that I would be jogging/running 4 miles in 45 minute everyday, I would have rolled my eyes and given him about a dozen different reasons why that would never happen. But y’all this pink princess who doesn’t like to jog or run and doesn’t like to sweat has been doing just that! And you know what...I feel amazing and am so incredibly proud of myself. Yes it’s hard but you know what else is hard waking up everyday exhausted with joint pain. You know what else is hard having zero self confidence and battling depression and anxiety. Change is always hard but when you look back at your progress from months and month of baby steps, you will be amazed at how far you have come. I’m telling y’all all this to say you don’t have to live unhealthy and depressed because I have been there. If I can do it, you can too! It just takes time, consistency and dedication...and an awesome fitness/nutrition coach encouraging and supporting you!”
