"I have been working a lot since the storm hit. It started at 6am Tuesday the 9th. Had maybe 16 hours of sleep in five days. I had to eat the food that was offered which is NOT JT approved, lol. Not complaining, just making a point. I had to eat it and it tasted good, just wasn't on plan. But I was able to take the principles JT teaches and use them to stay alert and focused. Supplements, water, Fit drinks, green superfood, protein bars and muscle milk. No sodas! Thanks Coach, for teaching us how to modify, what is good for us, and what to avoid. It was crucial to me and my ability to serve. :-)"
