This white chicken chili recipe is super easy, loaded with flavor and it's sure to be a new family favorite!
Yields 6 servings
2 lbs of boneless skinless chicken breasts cur into ½ inch cubes
1 medium sweet onion
1½ teaspoons garlic powder
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 Cans great northern beans, rinsed and drained (15.5 ounces each)
32 oz chicken broth
1 can (4 0z) green chiles
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup of plain green yogurt
1. In a large saucepan sauté the chicken, onion and garlic powers until the chicken is no longer pink
2. Add the beans, broth, chiles and seasonings and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 30 minutes so the flavors combine.
3. Remove from the heat and allow to cool and add the greek yogurt and mix well. ENJOY!
