Immunity Booster Cocktail

Cold/Flu season is upon us. Avoid the crud or cut it short if you get it!!

 

I know there’s a million and 1 remedies out there, but, but this is the one I have used for 15+ years and have seen crazy success with hundreds of people. Anyone who asked me gets this. (In fact, I bet there are a lot of you reading this who have used it).


This is a super-dose remedy to be used short-term (7-10 days) when you feel like you’re coming down with something OR to dramatically shorten the life of something you already have. It REALLY WORKS.

 

Things to remember:
-Eat right and stay healthy/active
-Take your super food daily (greens)
-Wash your hands
-Don’t touch your face
-Avoid the infested
-Use tissues, shirt tails etc to public doors
-Don’t share germs
-Use extra caution at the gym
-Get plenty of sleep
-Manage your stress
